I believe that the manner in which we gather can change the way we understand the world (one not offered on our screens). Through these spaces we can build community, learn from each other and encourage a brighter future.
I have worked in hospitality for 10+ years in support of building a more sustainable food system, including opening and operating hotels & restaurants on farms (Hill Farm Inn & Restaurant) and working with leaders in the industry such as Row 7 Seed Company, Le Pain Quotidien, Chipotle, Edible Schoolyard NYC and more.
I received my MBA from Yale School of Management and BA from Dartmouth College in Economics.
